About Our Client This firm is very well known, with mutiple locations across the US. Their population is long-tenured, and considered experts in their field. They hold themselves to a high standard when it comes to delivering excellent service to their clients, even when time sensitive.
Job Description - Provide full administrative and legal support to two attorneys (including one equity partner)
- Draft and format standard estate planning documents, such as:
- Power of Attorney
- Revocation of POA
- Advance Directives
- HIPAA Authorizations
- Pre-Need Guardianship Designations
- Prepare client correspondence and legal filings
- Communicate with clients professionally and schedule meetings
- Coordinate calendars and manage meeting logistics for attorneys
- Prepare post-execution client binders and organize legal documents
- File and maintain client records (electronic and physical)
- Witness or notarize legal signings as needed
- Process attorney time entries for billing purposes
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Provide reception coverage when needed
- Work overtime during busy periods or when deadlines require

The Successful Applicant - 3-6 years of experience as a legal secretary or in a similar legal support role
- Experience in estate planning or private client services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with assertive personalities and managing shifting priorities
- Proactive and self-directed with strong time management capabilities
- Able to confidently communicate deadlines and status updates
Training available but preference for below technical skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- iManage
- Aderant
- Olympus
- GEMS
- Westlaw / LexisNexis
- ChromeRiver
- Florida e-Portal and CSC e-recording platforms
What's on Offer - Salary: $55,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (onsite)
- Status: Non-exempt, overtime eligible
- PTO: 25 days annually
