Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Naples, Florida? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. This full-time position supports multiple practice teams and requires someone who is organized, committed to client service, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file legal documents, transcribe dictations, and proofread for accuracy.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain client files and perform conflict of interest checks.
  • Assist with billing, document delivery, and general office duties.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all firm and client matters.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in legal studies preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
