Legal Secretary to join their team in
Encino, CA.
With decades of experience advocating exclusively for management in all aspects of labor and employment law, the firm is known for delivering strategic, responsive, and client-focused legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys
- Prepare and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
- File documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Handle time entry, billing assistance, and expense reports
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting attorneys in Labor Law or Employment Litigation
- Proficiency with court rules and filing procedures (state and federal)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
