Our firm is looking for a full-time legal secretary with proven experience. Candidates must be proficient in secretarial tasks that are specific to the law field: writing legal documents, reviewing/proofreading legal documents with a knowledge of a variety of legal areas, creating and maintaining schedules for lawyers, and more, as well as standard secretarial duties, that might include: answering or directing inquiries, answering emails, filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining the office. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The following would be assets for this position: listening/communication skills; people/interpersonal skills; organizational skills; and, computer skills.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role is required.
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time position (40 hrs/wk) with working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are accepting resumes and conducting interviews now, with the desire to fill the position as soon as possible.
