LHH is looking for a Contract or Contract to Hire Legal Administrative Assistant/Legal Receptionist for a respected law firm in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Responsibilities
First point of contact for all clients that come to the firm.
Understand confidentiality and use problem solving skills to direct clients appropriately.
Assist with client meeting set up and firm event planning and logistics.
Answer and direct incoming calls and requests appropriately.
Greet clients and vendors.
Assist with overflow legal work, typing, scanning, faxing etc.
Clerical and administrative support for attorneys
High level of communication with attorneys on case matters
Scheduling, calendaring
Excellent client communication skills; courteous, responsive
Qualifications
• Previous law firm experience a plus
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Detailed, organized, team player
• Professional and trustworthy
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
