• Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance the effectiveness of the office
• Draft, type, and file legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain accurate filing systems and manage contact lists
• Assist with research, case preparation, and gathering relevant information
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
• Handle phone calls, emails, client communications, and scheduling
• Monitor deadlines and help manage calendars efficiently
• Attend trials and assist attorneys as requested
• Complete errands and office tasks to improve team and client experience
• Maintain office spaces, including kitchen, conference rooms, and work areas
• Take initiative to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and keep processes running smoothly
• Handle all other duties as assigned with professionalism and care Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, protocols, and the court system
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, QuickBooks, CLIO/Lawmatics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Eager to take initiative, stay proactive, and work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to contribute as a team player and serve clients with care Compensation: $41,000 - $48,000 yearly

Compensation:
$41,000-$48,000 per year
