Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. Duties - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, word-processing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize MS Office/Word etc. to create documents, spreadsheets, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including managing client records and appointment scheduling if applicable.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support attorney with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain an organized workspace.
