Legal Sales Executive

We partner with corporations and law firms to find their next contract attorney, document reviewer, paralegal, legal support staff, and more. As a Legal Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing market accounts through outside sales activities and account development. This includes selling our staffing solutions for temporary, direct-hire and legal project services.
The Legal Sales Executive role may be the right fit for you if:
• You have prior sales experience in legal staffing solutions and/or document review services
• Enjoy developing and maintaining client relationships through effective business development activities (i.e.-cold calling, client meetings and lead generation)
• Execute daily call plans and sales action plans to drive new business and expand the customer base.
• Thrive at hitting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual personal sales targets
• Log all sales activities in the company CRM in real-time.

Requirements:
• Remote position but required to live within 50 miles of Chicago in order to attend regular on-site meetings with team and clients
• Prior experience in legal staffing sales, document review services or professional staffing sales experience (1+ years required)
• Ability to prioritize and manage your time well
• A personable, friendly, competitive demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation: This position's anticipated base salary is $50,000-$65,000 with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to maximize their income. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Benefits: Full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental and holiday pay.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
