LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support a top law firm's recruitment and professional development team in Raleigh. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in law student and lateral recruiting, while also contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives. This opportunity is a contract to hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate law student recruiting, OCIs, summer associate program, and 1L fellowships
- Support lateral attorney hiring
- Maintain recruiting data, process documentation, and reports
- Assist with monthly reconciliation and department operations
- Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and firm-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and vendors across all levels
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree or equivalent experience required)
