Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to support an AmLaw ranked law firm client in hiring multiple direct hire auto warranty staff attorneys.

Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit staff attorneys for positions within an AmLaw ranked law firm.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain and update ATS/CRM databases.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of Southern California attorneys.
- Provide metrics on recruitment activities, including candidates sourced, connections made, interviews scheduled, offers made, placements booked, and falloffs.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a legal recruiter within a US law firm hiring attorneys.
- Corporate legal recruiting experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS/CRM databases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience recruiting for automotive breach of warranty staff attorneys is ideal.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
