LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for our next

This position is fully remote, but candidates MUST live in the Chicago, IL, area and be available to work M-F from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM in the Central Time Zone. There may be times when working outside of standard business hours is necessary to best serve clients and candidates. You will also be required to conduct onsite meetings with clients in the Chicago area periodically.

This position is responsible for recruiting and vetting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire legal roles. We work closely with corporations and law firms to find their next legal project manager, attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, contract manager, doc reviewers, and so on. This role offers a nice blend of working with clients and candidates daily. A typical week includes interviewing candidates and meeting clients. You will also meet with your team daily and work together to recruit and find great legal talent.

Requirements: - Law degree or legal experience strongly preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage your time well
- A personable, helpful demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $52,616. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include a bonus and/or commission.
Full-time employment benefits may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off and parental and holiday pay.
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $52,616.00 per year
