LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Receptionist for an immediate requirement with a law firm client in Palm Coast, FL. The firm is looking for a professional, positive and dependable legal receptionist with strong customer service skills to cover their front desk for several weeks. Candidates with receptionist and/or legal assistant experience who are immediately available for temporary requirements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, via phone and email, for the client
Direct inquiries and requests as needed
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff, as required
Greeting office guests
Qualifications/Experience
At least two years of receptionist or legal assistant experience
Law firm background is ideal
Associates Degree preferred
