Legal Office Services Assistant

Location: Washington, D.C.
Reports To: Office Manager
Schedule: In-office, with flexibility for occasional overtime

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Office Services

  • Handle mail, deliveries, courier services, and supply restocking.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.

  • Provide basic support for office equipment and assist with administrative tasks.

  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and presentations.

Hospitality Services

  • Prepare and reset conference and event spaces.

  • Ensure client areas are clean and welcoming.

  • Order and manage food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.

  • Greet visitors and assist with events and internal coordination.

  • Provide backup support to reception and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in office services or hospitality

  • Education: High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred

  • Skills: Strong organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, use step ladders, and stand for extended periods
