Office Administrator - Hot New Role.
Locations: Cleveland, Columbus, Lexington
Our client is a prestigious international law firm founded in 1942, with 1,000+ employees across over 90 offices worldwide. They specialize in employment, labor, and corporate law, providing top-notch legal services to their clients.
Major Role Functions:
- People Management Provide leadership and direction to office staff employees.
- Communication Proactively communicate with shareholders to ensure administrative services and resources meet their expectations and clients' needs.
- HR Oversee performance management, time and attendance, hybrid schedule control, time sheet approvals, OT, performance counseling, performance reviews, PIP, and workflow.
- Finance Manage office budget, expenses, and ensure paralegals and associates are billing time.
- IT Liaise with the virtual IT team to address tech issues.
Must Have:
- 5-10 years of experience in office administration in a legal environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong leadership skills and highly communicative with all levels of staff (shareholders, attorneys, secretaries, etc.).
- Open to corporate services (eg, accounting).
Prefer to Have:
- Multi-office experience or single office experience from a mid-size or large firm.
- Experience in firms with similar practice areas (Personal Injury is not a fit).
- Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.
- Experience with NetDocs or iManage.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
Travel Travel to opposite office 1 week per month
Compensation $120-150k + bonus + annual merit increase
