Marketing Coordinator: Keller Rohrback L.L.P., a Pacific Northwest-based, nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from website management to advertising campaigns, all with the goal of enhancing the visibility and success of our firm.
Keller Rohrback's plaintiffs' practice is nationally recognized for its work on cutting-edge cases. Our practice is sophisticated and diverse and includes ERISA, consumer and product liability class actions, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental law, and toxic torts, and antitrust. We pursue high-impact cases that make a difference.
Below is a list of major tasks shared within the Marketing Department (team of three). While all skills and tasks aren't required, the ability and enthusiasm to be cross trained on everything is required.
Website Management
- Maintain and update content on the firm website. (proprietary software)
- Conceptualize and write effective news stories for the firm website that are in compliance with professional ethics guidelines.
- Award logo updating and management throughout sites.
- General site auditing.
- SEO enhancement.
Awards and Recognitions
- Identify and respond to legal trade, business, and other appropriate award nominations, directory listings, and other recognition opportunities.
- Work with attorneys to write materials in support of award nominations.
- Track and publicize award wins, as appropriate.
Media Outreach
- Serve as the firm's direct day-to-day contact with news media representatives and vet media inquiries for potential interviews with Keller Rohrback L.L.P. attorneys.
- Conceptualize and write effective press releases, press kit materials, fact sheets, advisories, and external and internal announcements that are in compliance with professional ethics guidelines.
- Distribute press releases and conduct targeted follow-up with key reporters.
- Assist attorneys prior to media interviews by developing talking points, as necessary.
- Develop strategies to leverage social media and other new technologies in public relations efforts.
Social Media
- Post relevant news and articles.
- Manage comments and messages.
- Monitor third-party firm reviews.
- Generate content.
Advertising Campaigns
- Research investigations.
- Draft and implement landing pages for investigation.
- Create display artwork for campaigns.
- Draft and implement advertising copy.
- Track campaign performance and generate ad reports.
Miscellaneous
- Help with internal and external presentations.
- Monitor and update third-party firm profiles.
- Reviewing competitor's sites and marketing materials.
- Research projects.
- Monitor various analytics.
- Graphic design projects for website, sponsorships, social media, intranet, etc. (Canva and Photoshop)
- Generate content for firm Intranet (SharePoint).
- Sent out assorted email blasts for attorneys/teams.
- Manage individual and department resumes. (InDesign)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role (experience in the legal or professional services industry a plus).
- Strong knowledge of website management and content management systems.
- Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing tools.
- Graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
