Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys during the litigation process.
- Assist with document preparation, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Manage communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, evidence, and other documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and regulations.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and increase efficiency within the legal team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a legal assistant or litigation support role is required.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document preparation and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Work Hours
The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, aligning with the 1st shift schedule.

Additional Details
The minimum pay for this position is $70,000 annually, reflecting the importance and complexity of the role within the legal team.
