We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and paralegals. In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate correspondence, assist with legal research, and oversee various administrative functions essential to the firm s business operations. This is a senior-level position requiring 5-10+ years of litigation experience. The role offers a competitive salary with the potential to convert into a permanent position, based on performance. This is a temp to hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple attorneys calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle file management, correspondence, and mailings.
Assist in preparing, verifying, and composing legal documents.
Conduct legal research and assist with document management.
Support the firm s billing process.
Provide proactive administrative support for regulatory, healthcare, government affairs, and general litigation matters.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal setting.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
Ability to interpret and follow complex instructions, both written and oral.
