Requirements
Law / Legal Educational background
Knowledge of Contract Law and Dispute Resolution
Previous worked with clients in Engineering, Construction, Commercial or similar
Duties
Reviewal of contracts, resolve disputes, identifying pitfalls in T&Cs
Manage financial risk, maximise value and profitability for the business
Building relationships with Business Managers and Stakeholders, whilst advising and supporting their commercial awareness
