LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time temporary Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation including discovery, court filings, calendaring and trial preparation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in insurance defense/coverage litigation
- Thorough working knowledge of and experience with electronic filing within the Federal and California court systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Must demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently
- Experience in insurance defense/coverage litigation is preferred.
Salary:
$30-$40 an hour
