Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and organized Litigation Legal Secretary with a strong background in litigation support. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses a keen understanding of legal documentation and administrative processes. ERISA experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in litigation matters.

  • Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and other legal events.

  • Maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and up to date.

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals on behalf of the attorneys.

  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence.

  • Manage calendar and deadlines for litigation cases.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a litigation setting (required).

  • ERISA experience (preferred but not required).

  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal terminology, and document management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
