LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant in Miami. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and possess extensive experience in business transactions, tax, and probate.


Key Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in business transactions, tax, and probate.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems. Experience with Filesite is a plus.
  • Proven professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys by preparing, proofreading, and revising documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Maintain files and records.
  • Handle new business/matter opening paperwork and conflicts requests.
  • Manage time entry and client billing.
  • Provide assistance to other assistants and attorneys as needed.
