LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage attorney's calendars and schedule meetings and depositions.
Prepare and electronically file legal documents.
Coordinate meetings and depositions.
Handle various administrative tasks with time-sensitive work.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of legal experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and proficient computer skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with clients and staff.
Insurance defense experience is preferred.
Benefits:
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
