LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage attorney's calendars and schedule meetings and depositions.

  • Prepare and electronically file legal documents.

  • Coordinate meetings and depositions.

  • Handle various administrative tasks with time-sensitive work.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of legal experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficient computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with clients and staff.

  • Insurance defense experience is preferred.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
