We are seeking legal assistants with 2+ years of experience for our Hackensack, New Jersey office.

Responsibilities
- file management
- drafting documents and correspondence
- E-court filing (PACER & NYCEF)
- assembling motions
- calendaring
- procuring medical records
- managing firm phone line
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in legal assistance
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to organize and prioritize deadlines with strong attention to detail
