Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and case management software for organizing and maintaining client files
• Prepare and manage documents related to estate planning, trusts, probate, wills, and more
• Handle billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings in a timely and efficient manner
• Foster strong client relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise
• Utilize effective communication skills in interactions with clients and team members
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective work product
• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in all interactions, representing our team positively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Legal Assistant position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in law firm setting
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary for clear and effective interactions with clients, legal teams, and court personnel.
• Proficiency in estate planning, trusts, and other probate matters
Starting salary range is $40,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
