In this role, you will:
Work closely with Business and Legal Affairs to ensure departmental executives are meeting various deadlines and completing tasks as necessitated by different overlapping schedules
Perform clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, redlining, document distribution (including coordinating and tracking signatures of physical and digital documentation), and expense report preparation
Manage supervisors' communications, contacts, calendar, expenses, and travel
Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files daily, which track critical dates and concepts pursuant to it
Initiate, lead, and manage automation of reports and analyses
Manage and upload legal deliverables for each production to the company server and to the network/buyer
Track the entire cycle of all agreements for the department, which includes, without limitation, full execution, third-party receipt, and processing payment with accounting
Engage in ad-hoc projects, as assigned, to support the growth of the department
Take initiative to use both internal and external resources to obtain essential information
Attend meetings, take notes of action items, and summarize key details
