Zimon LLC is a reputable, dynamic, boutique Employee Benefits and Compensation law firm located on the near east side of Cleveland. We have a diverse range of clients and relationships and consider ourselves to be a leading boutique practice in this area. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Executive Assistant to join our team to fill this position that is opening up due to the retirement of a colleague.
Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a law firm or similar professional firm environment, have a 4-year college degree or the equivalent, and have the following work habits, personal skills and traits:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a very high level of accuracy and diligence
Types of Work to Be Performed
- Communicating by phone with clients, co-counsel and others efficiently and conducting appropriate follow-up.
- Managing our Principal's calendar, quickly and efficiently scheduling appointments with clients, co-counsel and others, coordinating multiple participants and undertaking follow- up as needed to make sure items are scheduled
- Limited office management work
- Chief of Staff like functions for Founding Partner
- Routine recurring responses to clients on more common questions about plans and programs
- Preparing routine documents such as engagement letters, client transmittals and the like
- Preparing unique letters and communications in regard to certain demands for client in areas such as subrogation collection and follow up
- Preparing accurately and completely multiple document sets for client organizations based upon the use of forms and the inclusion of specific information gathered from interface with clients
- Doing spreadsheet work based on forms to provide clients with data and information
- Special projects involving large multi-client filings that include gathering data and information managed on an Excel spreadsheet, checking and updating data, invoice payment, client details
Office Environment, Compensation and Benefits
Zimon LLC's offices are located on the near east side of Cleveland. Attendance in the office is required, and on a routine schedule, but certain flexibility on schedule and work location can be discussed. Parking is ample and free. Work environment is casual, friendly and comfortable and we have a collaborative and supportive work environment.
