Job Description
- Recreating all current template contracts using a standardised contract format
- Managing and organising important documents and confidential information
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining an efficient filing system within the department
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Administrator should have:
- Possess a legal degree and/or have experience working in a solicitor's or lawyer's office
- Experience drafting contracts and legal documents
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy
- A solid understanding of legal terminology
- A dedication to confidentiality and professionalism at all time
