Legal Administrative Assistant - General Litigation A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in their General Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a legal administrative role, with extensive knowledge of filing procedures in Superior and District Courts and a strong understanding of court rules. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare and file court documents, including e-filing and service.
- Manage case files, document discovery, and attorney calendars.
- Assist with various administrative functions to support attorneys and clients.
Requirements:- 5+ years of legal administrative experience.
- Experience with Delaware court filings and rules.
- Strong organizational and technology skills (Word, Excel, iManage, court filing systems).
- Ability to handle high-volume work and meet deadlines.
