Responsibilities
- Data validation and formatting skills: possess the ability to analyze data/information, compare and contrast and ensure information acquired is accurate.
- Email list & CRM management: experience with cleaning, auditing, and maintaining email lists, and handling duplications.
- Familiarity with contact import/export and field/tag management.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Strong initiative: willing to suggest new ideas or solutions.
- Attention to detail: high level of accuracy and ability to put together a cleanly formatted list and follow instructions.

Monday through Friday
Benefits
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate, offering between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Familiarity with contact import/export and field/tag management
- Strong research skills to track down missing information
