LHH is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of experience in business transactions and tax law. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading, and revising legal documents

  • Manage scheduling for travel, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Organize and maintain files and records efficiently

  • Handle submission of new business/matter opening paperwork and conflicts requests

  • Perform time entry and client billing

  • Provide support to other assistants and attorneys as needed



Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business transactions, tax, and probate law

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must

  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems (Filesite experience preferred)

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
