Legal Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate/Range: $31.85
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Miami Beach, FLPosition Summary: The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the Business and Legal Affairs Department. The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage legal documentation and workflow efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and document management support to attorneys in the legal department.
- Track legal workflow and ensure timely sending, receipt, and filing of legal documents.
- Assist with the preparation of standard form agreements and routine legal correspondence.
- Draft and send letters, legal documents, and internal communications as requested.
- Search legal agreements and assist in preparing contract summaries or analyses.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents.
- Support negotiation and clearance processes for audio and video content releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve administrative and legal document issues.
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of periodic legal reports across departments.
- Ensure all files, data, and legal records are accurately maintained and easily retrievable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Strong organizational skills for both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and professional conduct in a legal setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, DocuSign, and
- Proven ability to manage and follow through on delegated assignments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership.
- Flexible and adaptable; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is preferred.
