We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to grow long-term with our firm, supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality service to our clients. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities would include:
- Client Communication : Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Scheduling : Coordinating and confirming client appointments.
- Document Preparation : Drafting and proofreading routine correspondence and legal documents.
- File Management : Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical case files, ensuring that all documents are filed appropriately and deadlines are met.
- Court Filings : Managing e-filing and paper filing of legal documents with the court under attorney supervision.
- Administrative Support : Performing general office duties such as copying, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
