The Legal Assistant at Ty Robinson Law Firm, LLC is responsible for supporting attorneys and paralegals in a busy legal environment. This role involves preparing legal documents, managing office correspondence, and ensuring efficient operations within the firm. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and contribute to a rewarding legal practice focused on personal injury law. Responsibilities:
• Process client billing properly using daily time records with help from the accounting department.
• Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly.
• Assist with the creation of various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents as needed.
• Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, and coordinate with outside vendors for events.
• Take care of administrative tasks and office correspondence by answering phone calls and emails, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, and informing the team of upcoming deadlines. Qualifications:
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree is a plus.
• Experience with legal software, litigation case management, and docketing programs is preferred.
• Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Compensation:
$35,000-$45,000 per year
