Legal Admin Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 1 day WFH)
Status: Non-Exempt Full-Time
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Admin Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents (briefs, motions, subpoenas, etc.) and coordinate E-filings in state and federal courts
Manage attorney calendars, court dates, travel arrangements, and meetings
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems; organize case documents and correspondence
Handle time entry and billing processes; support monthly deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and court personnel
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with overflow work as needed and perform other administrative duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of litigation legal support experience
Proficiency in iManage, Microsoft Office, InTapp, 3E, Chrome River
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management abilities
