Legal Admin Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 1 day WFH)
Status: Non-Exempt Full-Time

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Admin Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents (briefs, motions, subpoenas, etc.) and coordinate E-filings in state and federal courts

  • Manage attorney calendars, court dates, travel arrangements, and meetings

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems; organize case documents and correspondence

  • Handle time entry and billing processes; support monthly deadlines

  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and court personnel

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Assist with overflow work as needed and perform other administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of litigation legal support experience

  • Proficiency in iManage, Microsoft Office, InTapp, 3E, Chrome River

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management abilities
