Legal Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to legal and HR professionals
Maintain and organize legal files and records
Manage attorney and department calendars, meetings, and deadlines
Assist with onboarding documents and personnel file maintenance
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal and administrative documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Recent college graduate with an interest in law, legal studies, or human resources
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
