Role: Legal Admin/Reception (contract)
Pay: $20-$25/hr.
Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA
Duration: 4- 5 weeks
Start date: Mid June
Reason for opening: Medical Leave coverage
LHH is working with a law firm in Bellevue to find a temporary legal admin/receptionist for a 4-5 week assignment starting in mid June. This is a fully on-site role and the client offers free parking on-site.
Duties: - Opening new matters
- Client intake
- File management
- Mailing packages
- Ordering office supplies
- Ad Hoc projects from Legal Assistants
- Sitting at the front desk and welcoming new clients and vendors
- Scheduling
- Answering calls and responding to emails
Required: - Have a legal educational background and/or prior experience working in a law firm or legal setting
- Strong administrative skills
- Able to be on-site 5 days a week
