Legal Assistant looking for an opportunity to support a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and legal support in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a

Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit legal filings, including briefs and interrogatories.
- File pleadings with courts and administrative agencies, including e-filings.
- Organize and maintain client files and coordinate new file openings.
- Enter, review, and correct attorney time entries.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic formulas.
- Work with PDF and Word documents, including formatting, tracking changes, and creating forms.
- Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and process expense reports.
- Maintain office organization, order supplies, and keep inventory.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Administrative Assistant (litigation experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF software.
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage priorities effectively.
- Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment background screening.
