What You'll Do:

Sort and scan mail for North Carolina & South Carolina offices, ensuring timely uploads for legal processing.
Support the team by answering calls, directing inquiries, and preparing accurate administrative documentation.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documents, working closely with our legal team.
Maintain high attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:

Proactive and detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern web tools.
Previous experience in customer service, legal administration, or document drafting is a plus.
Work Schedule & Location:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Lake Wylie Office - On-site position

Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
