Join Our Team as a Lecturer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

We are seeking experienced engineers in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning who are eager to mentor and inspire the next generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical and theoretical learning programs to Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprentices (including H&S, fundamental principles, system functions, service and maintenance,and fault finding)
  • With support from our Lead Practitioners, incorporate new technologies into teaching methods
  • Classroom management, working closely with managers and the team.
  • Accurately record and report data, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.
  • Stay current with academic and vocational subjects, maintaining industry links.
  • Involve students in assessing their learning and understanding the broader context of their specialist area.
  • Participate in the college's quality cycle and maintain accurate assessment records.
  • Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers as needed.

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and equal opportunities policies.
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
