This individual will play a pivotal role in the future growth of a company with over fifteen 15 A Plus assets in the Los Angeles area. Our client is a privately owned firm.


The hired individual will oversee the entire leasing process for a property, from marketing and attracting tenants to negotiating leases and maintaining positive tenant relationships, ultimately aiming to maximize occupancy and property value.


Responsibilities:

  • Field real estate broker and tenant calls
  • Source new tenant prospects through canvassing and cold-calling.
  • Arrange and conduct tours of suites with prospective office tenants
  • Negotiate Letters of Intent and Brokerage Commission Agreements
  • Assist in-house lawyers with negotiation of Office Lease documents
  • Assist in-house space planning and construction teams with tenant improvement planning process
  • Provide management with detailed weekly and monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A dynamic and results-oriented personality
  • Four-year college degree
  • California Real Estate Salesperson license
  • Minimum 5-years of successful track record in the office or retail leasing field
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Confidence to work independently, yet within a highly collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of commercial office leases and ability to prepare and present detailed financial analyses to evaluate transactions
