Key Responsibilities: - Manage all lease administration functions for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update client, property, and tenant files in a timely manner
- Abstract leases and amendments, notifying tenants of rent statements, CAM reconciliations, and lease dates
- Process monthly and annual tenant billing for rent and CAM charges
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize YARDI property management software for data entry, tenant tracking, and property management
- Handle lease audits, delinquencies, evictions, collections, and security deposits, ensuring smooth property transitions
Qualifications & Requirements: - High school diploma; some college preferred
- Prior experience in commercial real estate lease administration is a MUST
- Paralegal training or experience a plus
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and property management concepts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
