Your Role

The Enterprise Learning/Learning Management System team is responsible for creating and maintaining all of the courseware, schedules and assignment, and user records and reporting within Shield Learns/Learning Management System. The Learning System Administrator, Experienced will report to the Manager, Enterprise Learning. In this role you will support the administration of the Shield Learns learning management system (LMS). This will include adding and managing courses, assigning required/compliance training, end user support, and reporting. Currently, BSC is transitioning to a new LMS vendor, and this role will be part of the implementation team that is learning and launching the new LMS for BSC

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Requires previous experience within the learning/training area
  • Desired: prior experience working with a Learning Management System: creating and scheduling courses, working with users and reports
  • Desired: prior experience with Absorb Learning Management System
