POSITION OVERVIEW: The Learning Specialist, Sales & Enablement plays a key role in enhancing performance and engagement across the internal Sales function and the departments that support it-such as Customer Solutions and Marketing-by designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning programs. Supporting the Field Sales and Inside Sales teams, this role equips new and experienced team members with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive. In close partnership with HR colleagues and Sales leaders, the Learning Specialist, Sales & Enablement drives training effectiveness, contributing to stronger sales outcomes-ultimately enhancing our ability to serve the communities we support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and develop high-quality, relevant learning programs for the Sales function and supporting departments, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing development for experienced team members, and leadership training for managers.
  • Deliver learning experiences-primarily virtually with occasional in-person sessions as needed-engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended outcomes.
  • Engage with department leaders to clarify short and medium-term priorities for learning initiatives; gather performance data, assess current competency levels, identify gaps, and align on desired outcomes.
  • Build and continuously update a comprehensive library of learning resources to empower the Sales function's success.
  • Manage learning logistics, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and preparing materials.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. We strive to be an agile, dynamic team and are sometimes called to work in areas outside of our comfort zone.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, implementing, and evaluating learning programs and processes.
  • Previous experience as a sales trainer or in a sales role.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant certifications in learning and development and/or instructional design.
  • Created or helped to develop large-scale training programs for a sales team.
COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year/hour
  • Annual Bonus: % of base salary, based on company and/or individual performance
