You Have: 3+ years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma concepts and methods such as DMAIC
3+ years of experience facilitating process improvement workshops using Lean methodologies
1+ years of experience facilitating Agile training
1+ years of experience process mapping in MS Visio
1+ years of experience c ond ucting statistical analyses
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Certified Scrum Trainer, SAFe Program Consult ant, or ICAgile Authorized Instructor Certification Nice If You Have: Experience leading projects and managing team members
Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force or DoD
Ability to assess whether a candidate process would be better leveraged using COTS automation sof tware
TS / SCI clearance
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
