A services organization in New Jersey is looking to add a new Leadership Development Specialist to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
Setting: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Review and refine job descriptions to ensure they align with organizational goals
Conduct role analysis to identify necessary skills and competencies
Design and implement leadership and employee assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback or self-assessments
Analyze assessment data to identify high-potential employees and leadership gaps
Create and implement individualized leadership development plans based on assessment results
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to roll out training, coaching, and mentorship programs
Track and report the effectiveness of leadership development programs
Contribute to creating and maintaining succession planning frameworks
Identify and nurture future leadership talent through structured pipelines
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and/or a related discipline
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Desired Skills:
Master's Degree
