Job Summary:- The Leader of FP&A is a senior financial position responsible for strategy, planning, and analysis, and drives insight-based decision making across the business through reporting and data analysis to accelerate revenue growth and increase profitability.
- This role will operate in a fast-paced and quickly growing company and requires the ability to think strategically and long-term to build out the FP&A function, while also being hands-on and sometimes in the weeds. This role will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual operating and capital budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Align financial planning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Optimize financial structures and strategies to support growth and efficiency.
Financial Analysis & Strategy
- Develop and monitor key financial KPIs to drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct hands-on financial analysis and modeling for growth opportunities and special projects.
- Leverage data-driven insights by utilizing advanced analytics and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Champion the use of advanced financial technologies and analytics to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Prepare and present financial reports, models, and visualized insights for senior leadership and the Board.
- Lead organizations development of data warehouse, business intelligence, and data visualization.
- Enhance reporting by utilizing data visualization tools to create compelling financial presentations for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with internal teams across all lines of business and external stakeholders to align financial objectives.
- Continuously improve financial processes to enhance performance and scalability.
- Model results and ensure bank covenant compliance.

Experience- Experience with BI tools (Power BI or others)
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience
- Healthcare experience, especially in a physician practice management model, is strongly preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed company is strongly preferred
Education:- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
- Master's/MBA preferred
