Our client, a leader in financial services and market infrastructure, is seeking a talented UX
Designer to help shape and optimize the experience of client-facing data applications. This is a
high-impact role within a growing, collaborative team focused on delivering modern, responsive,
and accessible design systems across enterprise platforms.
You'll join a cross-functional environment and contribute to the evolution of data visualization
and user interface strategies across internal and external products used by finance
professionals, developers, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Apply user-centered design principles to create accessible, scalable, and responsive
interfaces.
Collaborate with development and product teams to align UX strategies with business
goals.
Conduct user research through interviews, usage data analysis, and usability testing (in-
person/remote).
Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
Perform task analysis, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs.
Lead ideation sessions and present design concepts to stakeholders with clarity and
confidence.
Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies in FinTech and digital product
design.
Work independently across multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to shifting
priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally with FinTech, Government, or
Enterprise-level products.
Strong portfolio with 2-4 case studies demonstrating UX research and design (school
projects acceptable).
Deep understanding of interaction design, usability theory, and responsive frameworks.
Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and passion for solving complex problems
