KFORCE URGENT REQUIREMENT Looking for candidates regarding the following: POSITION Lead UX Designer, ecommerce LOCATION Monday-Thursday in Office San Francisco, CA Local candidates will be considered first DURATION 6+ months INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA RESTRICTIONS None Top Requirements (Must haves) 5+ years of experience in visual design and user experience Must have well-rounded background in E-Commerce Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design) Strong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the website. Experience with Figma (they use this for everything - design and prototyping). Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business. Creative and testing mindset looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution. Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders Proactive, high level of engagement, etc. Additional Qualifications Strong fundamentals on information and interaction design, fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant Degree) Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment Communication skills and collaborative. Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for. Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
