Duties
- Lead high-energy 45-minute group training sessions.
- Convert trials into long-term members with exceptional service and value.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment.
- Bring the hype and inspire members to push past their limits.
- Promote our mission in the community and on social media.
Skills
- Unmatched Energy - You bring the fire every single day, keeping camps high-energy and motivating.
- Expertise & Coaching Skills - Deep understanding of movement, modifications, and injury prevention to train all fitness levels.

- Member Connection - Build relationships, know names, celebrate victories, and make every person feel like family.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification.
- Must hold current accredited fitness certification from an approved company such as ACSM, ACE, NAMS, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCA Certified).
- 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching.
