The Lead Co-Responder, RTD Based will provide early intervention assessment, referrals, and clinical case management for individuals identified by the Regional Transport Department as having mental health issues. Responsibilities include:
- Accompanying officers on mental health calls and providing crisis intervention.
- Conducting assessments and case management services.
- Linking consumers to community resources and services.
- Providing training for officers on crisis de-escalation and mental health awareness.
- Assisting families with information and education.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team meetings.
Qualifications include a Master s Degree, clinical licensure in Colorado, and relevant experience. Salary range is $70,000 - $77,200.
